“My sister broke her only glasses 6 days before we are going overseas. Her optometrist wasn't being helpful, so I rang my optometrist Oscar Wylee at Albany Mall. Sayed, was incredibly kind and helpful and let us know there was a same day glasses place here in Auckland but there were also some in the Gold Coast where we're going. Sayed appeared super happy to help us and was lovely in his manner and he saved the day!! As a patient there as well the whole team is just so friendly and helpful and their selection of frames is more varied than other optometrists. I highly recommend this place!”

“Good place, we were the first customers of the day, the welcome and first impressions from the store person could have been more welcoming. Didn't feel nice not being greeted felt like a number rather than a person, however as the appointment progressed the service improved. Not enough to turn me away but good feedback for them to improve their customer experience.”

“Service team on Saturday needs to take lessons from the Tuesday Team.....Came in Tuesday, the service was excellent, very impressed with the young man that was at the front desk. 5 stars to him and the other young man that did my granddaughter's eyes he was absolutely awesome and very professional . So polite and my granddaughter felt at ease with him.”

“My new glasses were not giving me the clear vision I expected and needed and the optometrist did not hesitate to retest and correct the problem at no extra cost and apologised for making the wrong call on the first visit. Haven't got new glasses yet, but I’m happy they were willing to try and solve my problem straight away.”

“Went to get my son’s eye checked. The whole process was so smooth. The ladies at the desk were super helpful and professional. The optometrist was also very knowledgeable and also made sure that the whole checkup session was comfortable for a 6 year old kid. We have been told for a revisit a week after. I will surely recommend Oscar Wylee for any optometry related stuff.”

“Everything was great, the only downside of my experience was when it came to choosing my frames the retail assistant followed me around the store while I browsed which made me feel very pressured. I was buying very expensive glasses which will be on my face every day and I wanted to take my time but felt that I was being hurried by her being right next to me that whole time. She was lovely and very helpful but I would have liked to be left alone to make my decision without feeling like I needed to hurry and finish the transaction as soon as possible.”
