The young woman who helped me out was amazing, patient and finally someone who was honest with her opinion. I can't remember her name but began with A. If it was not for the optometrist Sayed, I would have given this place zero stars. I have been bring...ing my son here for eye checks over the past three years, and this is the first time we have had such a disappointing experience at the front desk. When we arrived, the staff member Nashiba gave us a very unwelcoming attitude right from the start, almost as if questioning why we were even there. When we explained that we had booked an eye test for my son, she responded by saying that children only need to be checked every two years and that we did not need to come since we visited last year. We then asked whether the appointment would still go ahead since it had already been booked, and both she and her colleague exchanged dismissive looks, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The overall interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. This staff member was extremely unwelcoming and, in my opinion, not suitable for a customer-facing role. On the other hand, Sayed, the optometrist, was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. He completely turned the experience around for us. Without Sayed, this would have been a zero-star experience. He truly saved the reputation of this store. See more
